Indication

The European Medicine Agency approves its traditional use for the relief of sore throats, such as hoarseness and dry cough.

One of the most traditional uses of hedge mustard is for hoarseness (for this reason it is popularly known as “singers’ grass“).

Properties

It has traditionally been considered an anti-inflammatory, expectorant, antispasmodic plant with beneficial effects on breathing airways.
